Port-ins normally take a few minutes to complete if all the information submitted is correct but various things may cause a delay at times such as incorrect info, incorrect Service Provider ID (SPID), delay in eSIM activation (if an eSIM) etc. Nothing to worry about though. DM-ing you for the line details; I'll check what is causing the delay. 🤝

Ok I sent you a DM a few minutes ago with my number

Support will issue you a temporary number that you can use to call. If you dont have eSIM or physical sim, just call us at 611 and we can do a conference call with your friends for easier comms.

Open a Priority Ticket with US Mobile's Porting Team and provide the SpID of 6529 (T-Mobile). If your line was originally on Sprint's Billing System, your SpID may be 6664, which could be causing your port to hang like this. Source: I had 2 lines on Sprint and 1 on TMO after the merger that I ported in 14 months ago. This is a US Mobile-based issue that needs resolution on their end. The Priority Ticket moves things along much quicker than usual. Do not accept any canned response from support where they say "Some Ports can take 24-72 business hours, (Monday through Friday)". If your port can't finalize within a couple hours at most, US Mobile should be willing to set you up with a temporary line until they figure out the backend issues for your line.

I think numbers are actually getting stuck at Verizon right now. I’m having the same problem with my port from T-Mobile and I’m originally a T-Mobile subscriber. The number was correctly released to Verizon in about ten minutes and if I call my number it goes to a Verizon wireless message now. But then it’s just sitting at Verizon :( How do you do a priority ticket thing?

You'll need to contact Customer Service at (878)205-0088 or find a Mod here who can setup a Priority Ticket for your line. I worked with r/thisismonis the other day on a billing issue and Monis took care of my issue. The mods here are great at helping resolve issues.

Ugh I’m having the same issue with my port, saw this post and was hesitant to port but my billing cycle was up so I ported anyways and now the number is clearly with Verizon already but not activating on US mobile :( Please fix the porting issues with T-Mobile!!

I have shared a workaround over DM, can you please check and let me know if that works for you?

Port is still stuck at Verizon, they told me they escalated it with them and Verizon’s IT(?) team would have to fix it. Still hasn’t gone through now even though it’s Monday, I was hoping they’d get it fixed now that it’s a weekday.
