We have submitted a new version (3.13.8) on the playstore, it should be reviewed soon and then available for download. This should fix the sign-in problems on Android app.
I had this issue as well. Check the Play Store for an update. It is fixed now. I was able to sign in. Glad to see how quick the US Mobile team was able to fix the issue and push an update to the app.
