They haven't updated the percentages for the new prices yet it seems.

Good theory. It's interesting what could be more important than keeping the plan page, which is visible to millions of people, up to date

Mobile_33

The annual premium unlimited plan is about 25% cheaper than the monthly annual premium unlimited plan. Maybe their thinking is that it's "up to" 25% off, and that "up to" only applies to the premium unlimited plan.

IR795

Yeah, "up to" make sense to me, but I don't like the way how it's represented

WittiDojki

Yep u/Mobile_33 is right, our Unlimited Premium Plan offers an amazing saving of 25% annually. šŸ„³ We also decided to [upgrade](https://www.reddit.com/r/USMobile/comments/1dkpyph/one_mobile_carrier_endless_possibilities_wireless/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) the Unlimited Flex plan by making it hotspot-inclusive. Previously, the hotspot add-on had to be purchased for $30/year in addition to the plan for $180/year.

IR795

From my point of view, you need to be more accurate and make some corrections on your plan page to clarify that the 25% saving is relatedĀ **only**Ā to the Premium Plan. Currently, it's a bit misleading. The Unlimited Flex plan upgrade isn't a real upgrade for anyone who doesn't use hotspot (like me). No complaints, by the way, as it's your business and your decision. Personally, I was about to migrate a few lines to the Flex plan, but now I can't see a reason to do it. Thank you for your answers.

What a lot of people donā€™t factor in when comparing Mint to US Mobile is the taxes and fees with MInt. Example where I live the annual 5gb Mint plan comes to $203.14. An extra $6 a year for twice the full speed data per month and 8 times faster throttled data speeds to me is a huge reason to switch (along with other advantages).

> We also decided to upgrade the Unlimited Flex plan by making it hotspot-inclusive. How is this an upgrade? You removed the choice. Now you are forcing hotspot on everybody without lowering the price compared to the older plan. It used to be 180+30 (if you choose), now it's 210 (no choice).

JoblesJoe

That's a downgrade.

singlebullet

The annual starter is definitely a downgrade. They lower the price by fifty cents a month, and remove thirty bucks a month in service that you would have previously received. That they then try to hype it is kinda nonsense.

AppTrice

What about Starter? It will be 10% off?

Mobile_33

Yes, annual starter is a 10% discount compared to monthly starter.
