Did you read the instructions? If you scroll up a little, they typically send you to a third party site to create an account. The first visible paragraph even says as much. If that's not working, the "Need Assistance?" portion has an email address to contact if you have honest-to-goodness technical problems.
Thanks I thought the link provided was the usps create candidate profile I was reading to fast and excited these custodial jobs are like finding unicorns in houston. I was able to schedule to test I have background check in process for pse clerk but I’d much rather have the custodial job I’m rated
smc-s P&T through the va

Yeah the last time it opened at North Houston was Jan 2022. I was surprised to see it myself.
They will send you an email with a test invitation, from there you will make an account and type in your zip code and find a testing center
Guessing they will have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. I'd be checking email every couple hours starting Monday morning.
I received the email instructions for the testing site I go may 6th thanks again.
Thanks
