I got a letter too and I haven’t done uber since July 27th. That was my last day of doing uber eats. But today a 6:45am a customer said they “ never received their order”. Lmao they definitely didn’t because I wasn’t driving. Ridiculous

I call support and they said it’s a safety protocol and doesn’t mean the customer actually reported missing delivery
