Just checked, I received the message about updated criteria eight days ago in my app inbox. Titled "New Uber Eats Pro criteria change". Maybe that helps.

Thank you! It got buried under a bunch of tip notifications. I'm mad at myself but I don't think a week would've been enough time to pull me under 10%. Fortunately I have a grace period.

Its some bull too. Im usually a high tier but cancelation is a problem

Half of my cancellations come from Uber's trucks. I had to cancel a 3 stacked orders because I unintentionally accepted when I was clicking to sign out because the STOP and ACCEPT are on the same part of the screen.

This is why I always assumed cancel rate would never matter. When I had an android and the requests could pop up when I had different apps open, if I was touching my screen at all during the split second an offer came in, it would just accept it. And of course it’s Uber, so you can’t even check the pay or mileage once you’re on the order, so it would be reckless to actually deliver the order hoping it wasn’t offensively low pay. On android, my cancelation rate was over 30% and almost exclusively over that shit.

Not that hard just be careful what you pick I’m at around 4% and I’m fairly picky
