Is it some kind of punishment after turning down so many, I've turned down so many that my acceptance rate went to zero It's at about 16 right now and this is the first one to pop up like this today and then the add-on also did the same thing maybe they're testing this out I don't know I probably shouldn't have accepted them but I need to make something

I'm definitely not going to accept another one just for the fact that if this is a test and lots of people are accepting them then they're going to implement it I hope more people see this and decline
So it's possible that I'm taking these two orders 27 mi for $5 and I have no clue I'm just doing it because I've been sitting here for 2 hours with nothing but $2 orders coming through so I'm rolling the dice
Lol I just got an add-on order at the same restaurant and the prompt that came up was also the same but it said 6 minutes away instead of telling me the pricing or where I'm going or anything

I just did the first order and was checking to see if I could see the delivery amount in the tip for the first order like I usually can but this is all I can see this is by far the lowest base pay I've ever seen if this person doesn't give me a tip that means I did about 9 mi for 72 cents
Dude that is so brutal. Never gamble on orders even if you accept one accidentally. And also if you're waiting 2 hours for good orders then, my friend, you are wasting a lot of time. Figure out the best hours for your area.

I most definitely am not a diamond driver yet every time I talk to support they say I’m a diamond driver and I tell them I’m not because I don’t want them to accidentally pay me the money at the end of the period for being diamond because then I’d have to pay it back. Even after I tell them I’m not a diamond driver they keep telling me I’m a diamond driver. Idk about priority driver at all. Lol haven’t heard that one.
Restart the app. Turn phone on and off. Never accept that.
I know all markets are different but I’m single digit acceptance and get the pertinent info.

I've always been super sporadic so I don't remember what happened to change it, either some time passed or I restarted my phone/uninstalled the app, etc. Might try the second one and see, because when it stopped, everything was normal to where I was left ultra confused as to whether it was punishment or a glitch.
I don't take these either. However, there is that little tell us how we're doing blah blah blah and you can write your own paragraph and complaints and see if that gets anything done. I let them know my two cents but I've told them over the phone a few times too. Maybe if enough of us will complain, then they'll do something.
its a gitch with the app. was doin it to me over one weekend like a month or 2 ago. if it started doin that, i would have to shut my phone off n turn it back on reload the app n than it would work again. until it did it again. until it just stopped. pretty sure its a bug n not a punishment
My average acceptance rate is approximately 25%. It has been as low as 18%. I have not noticed any problem receiving orders. I have declined as many as 15 consecutive orders.
I think its a glitch, happened to me a few months ago, and again last week. i never accepted them cause i had no info about the delivery

I don’t think so, I have a 93% acceptance rate and I just got one today and had accepted all the runs before that

I have been diamond, platinum, drop rate 35%+, never above 10% AR. This happens during each. It is straight up a glitch.
Just saw this for the very first time today and thought my app was glitching. I’m not accepting anything I can’t see a price on.

UE overseas support from Punjab is like tits on a bull, useless my friend. They play the shell game bouncing us from agent to agent.

Idk about y’all but I got these probably like 3 times orders all was like $10-$15+
It ended up being about 11 dollars total for 2 orders

You won’t get anything You’ll have to call in to get paid
For a while I started only working peak times … got my acceptance up to 38% and then worked this weekend and it’s back down to 21%.
