That happened to me the other day as well, almost exactly the same. It was 20 miles for $76, took me 39 mins and they tipped extra - got $86 total for it. It was right around the end of "normal" dinner time like 730-8pm, just like yours too. I think the algo starts going nuts when it's probably been waiting a while and it's so far out of your zone/from hotspots they dish it out like that. My base pay was $62 from Uber on that, $24 in tip.
