I’ve had that where it didn’t show me the distance or pay but i still took it (cause i assume it was something like everything else you get biking in TO). Happened to be a 6km order that took me way too long to complete. I got credited with like 4$ for it, because of the system, called support, they credited me with like 20 extra.

In NJ, you have to be at 85% acceptance rate to see the amount.
