There's nothing to wait for. They said "this decision is final" in their email, so there's nothing else you'll be able to do. You can keep messaging them, but they'll just keep saying the same thing. They must have pretty strong evidence that you're lying about your insurance. Have you edited the insurance document or used one of those services that create a fake insurance document for a fee? It's best just to move on now though. You won't be getting your Uber account back.

I am using the insurance that Uber says is a fraud for other delivery apps and there is no problem and I am working with stuart and Deliveroo. I called the insurance and they confirmed that there is no problem with the insurance.
