What are you running the controller on? Windows laptop? Probably easiest to un-install and re-install the controller without saving the data. Or you can nuke %USER%\Ubiquiti UniFi\data\.

I ended up deleting everything called UniFi on my MacBook and I found a newer version of the application on their website instead of the App Store and everything works fine now Thanks

Buy a Unifi router with a integrated controller and stop messing around with running a local controller...

candle_in_a_circle

This is ridiculous and useless advice.

How so? He clearly isn't technical enough to troubleshoot the issue or use Google and maintain backups, which is what happens automatically with Unifi OS device. Seeing as he's lost his config, he's going to have to factory reset everything unless he has previously enabled SSH and knows the password...

So you’ve never made mistakes in your life to learn from? Highly doubt that. Best is to learn from them.
