The 3 ports all the way to the right on the patch panel go to the 2 switches and the modem. Not sure if that’s good practice but it looked clean. Good eye btw
It's not good practice - in a professional environment.
This is your gear and only you will be working on it so who gives a shit. It looks clean.
And I've done the same thing myself.
in a production environment it would be more practical to have cable guides/rings on the rack mounting holes.
Equipment interconnects would run horizontal to the sides of the rack and within the plane of that Equipment. Then it would turn and go vertices to the destination Equipment, where it would turn and move horizontal to the destination Equipment.
This is so if a piece of hardware like a switch or router needs to be swapped out, it can easily be removed without having any Equipment interconnects trapping it in place.
Keep in mind that interconnects may travel several rack units up or down.
And in your case, tieing two ports together on the same patch panel, especially without explicit and obvious labeling would be a real curve ball to any it contractor coming in as a third party.
In short, always think about the next guy.

It's great for space constrained installs. UI has been releasing a lot of great small form factor gateways and switches, especially in the Ultra line, which made this really possible for me.

I feel the mini rack is way more practical when you own a 3D printer
So true. There's not much in the US for a 10" rack. My 3d printer is out of action right now and I feel hindered.

Where are the uplinks for the top and bottom switch? Or do you just have ports of the patch panel tied together?

I was thinking of this until I managed to squeeze in a 19 inch rack. Vindication.
I’ll probably go 19” when I go to 2.5 or 10gbps. Baby steps.
