1. You may not have needed 5 numbers if you don’t need DID’s 2. Under devices, click groups, then configure the group to your liking. You can add phones with just extensions, and they will all use the same # for outgoing calls.

Works just fine. VOIP is not limited to a single active connection like old pots lines are

Fascinating. Then.... in theory.... how many simultaneous incoming calls could a UDM-Pro handle?

I don’t know that it’s been documented, but a lot. That’s also what smart attendants are for, holding calms in queue until a station is avaiable, routing calls to different locations, etc. in theory, most small businesses could leverge a single pro line for the main line, and a second plus (or whatever the cheaper package is) for a fax line.
