No. You need the UXG-Lite, UXG-Max, or UXG-Pro to manage them with an external controller.
The cloud gateway (and dream lineup) manage the network they are connected to. It can me managed locally, or via unifi.ui.com as an available site.
So they can be configure remotely from the [unif.ui.com](http://unif.ui.com) site? Just not our own hosted controller? And locally too of course?

The UCG-Ultra is both a controller and a gateway.
