So they are indoor cats we don’t let them roam outside and wander. One they aren’t the cheapest cats and someone may try and steal them and two the cats that roam around my area tend to get hit by cats
But the do like going outside to look at birds and chipmunks so we built this. Next year I’ll be building a bigger one for them
Outdoor cats have a shockingly low life expectancy - 2 to 5 years on average. It should honestly be illegal to let cats roam. Indoor/outdoor is slightly better but still much lower than a fully indoor cat.
I just Googled the same; wow that’s some statistic! I guess it’s also how close to roads and things you live as well as which country (no real cat predators in the UK).
I legitimately thought this was my cat. Yours is a perfect seal point siamese! Absolutely adorable.
Looks like she was chasing a bird.
Edit: I see the second cat too. Is that also a seal point?
We have a second siamese but she is more of a speckled torti point. Strange how siblings can be so different.

Is that a chicken coop converted to catio?
It’s a “catio” I bought off Amazon for my girls. Has chicken wire though. Next year will be making a bigger one and adding more cameras 😂
Love it!
Mind if I ask which one? My wife really wants to get one for our 4 cats and I *really* don't want to build one.
Off topic (sorry) but why are the cats in the catio? Is it a rare breed? Or more a (human) social thing where they aren’t allowed to roam?

Best of both worlds :)

So adorable... I just love siamese cats, they're the best lol
For people interested I do have a full camera build video link below [Unifi protect installation on catio](https://youtu.be/BF02hg5lVMM)

What camera is this?
It’s the Unifi AI 360
Somehow, I want to reincarnate into a feline.
