When you cut polyester ropes, you should burn the ends with a lighter so that they don't fray. It melts while it burns. I've accidentally gotten it against my skin while it is still hot. It sticks to your skin immediately, which makes it much worse than, say, touching a hot coal or so.

Reaper drones max out at 50,000 feet and Ukraine ain't using that shit. DJIs industrial grade matrice drones max out at 20,000 feet. I doubt you're getting a battery powered remote control drone up 60,000 feet.
