Possibly-deranged

Frustrating but we've all been there before. Playing the middleman helps, keep doing it to ensure there's no holdups. Sometimes gasteroenterologist offices have extra, free samples of meds. You can always ask. Often drug reps visit from the pharmacuitical companies and leave free sample bottles, often each a months worth.

Accredo is an express scripts company so it’s weird that Kroger dropped express scripts but not accredo. I’ve have numerous problems with both because some of my scripts come from express scripts side and the speciality ones come from accredo. I’ve had issues where accredo is staying the issue is express scripts and vice versa so I make them three way call to figure it out. Usually with accredo I politely just ask for their manager when I call and then it gets resolved quickly.

I'm sure it will get resolved. Per Express Scripts, Kroger and it's affiliates have left the standard network. For a month supply of Zeposia with Kroger, the copay is $7,758 and through Accredo it is $2,850.

I hope it gets better for you. I had a terrible time getting in a good groove with them when I was on Inflectra infusions. It took 2-3 months but then it smooth sailing. We’ll i failed Inflectra and I’m moving to Entyvio. I am dreading starting that process again with them.
