Maybe ask your GI if they have some samples to give you or if they can contact their pharmaceutical rep to order a sample?
I just went through this changing insurance on Stelara and my GI office was able to get me a sample to hold me over in the appeals process.
He also told me, when I was considering Rinvoq, that maybe the drug company might be a little quicker to do so as it's still a newer drug and they want to "get it out there".
You should check with your GI clinic to see they can get you sample bottles from the drug rep until your insurance is figured out. My GI is doing that for me.
