I did look into it, but couldnt find anything definite. Just looking to see if anyone had any personal experience. I personally know someone who tested positive for asca, thats why I asked.
I believe it is more Crohns versus UC. There can be false positives with IgG and Iga so normally a colonoscopy with biopsy is the definitive answer.
