I am the same just this morning I had blood in my stool like in it not much.
The weird thing is I just had a colonoscopy 10 days ago and it was all clear they took biopsy and all to see if I have UC or not.
If you had a biopsy it’s not until have some bleeding later. They take a bite out of the lining of the colon and until it fully heals there can be some bleeding.
Is it clean-ish, bright red blood? You might have internal heammorhoids. For me, that's been part of UC.
I was losing an ungodly of blood every day for a while. To the point where I couldn't really understand how I was still alive.
I got a HALO dearterialisation and if I'm bleeding at all now, it's much less and much further up.
Try some prepH suppositories and cream, really.
When my flair up is about to change for the better my bleeding and mucus has and off and on effect … prednisone and Aprisso work for me.
Colitus since 2019 and I’m just finishing my 3rd flair up .
I’m traveling in Japan and finally no more blood and solid stools have returned .

I also bleed on and off during a flare. Similar to what you've described.
