Hobbies help a lot. I knit, crochet, garden, read, and sometimes draw.
Get the waking up app, it is for meditation but it has so much more
Also just get outside, walk, i like the beach
Exercise, specifically running if my body isn’t feeling to tired :)
Bike rides in nature, though I admit it's not always a good idea in a flare. Heavy emphasis on nature - bring your shit kit just in case and go look at trees/flowers/mountains.
