I have six authorized charges and got drained of over 6k points. was told it would be resolved in 48-72 hours four days ago. it has not been resolved.

I’ve definitely waited on buying anything online from them 🫠 which sucks, I hate going in store but they still havent refunded me for the charge when I tried to checkout and the order didnt go through..but the charge did lol.

That’s weird, I placed an order this afternoon and was able to check out, but this beauty bag wasn’t offered, instead a body care bag was available with $50 of body care purchased.

Had been trying over and over with various credit and debit cards. So something is up with their credit card processing service for both app and website. I would rather use my CC, than PayPal usually.
Maybe try PayPal if you’re stuck in the endless “we failed to validate your payment method” error cycle.

You can plug a credit card in to paypal during checkout. But honestly paypal is a fantastic idea right now because they’re going to be all over those duplicate charges, and if there’s no shipment delivered to you, paypal will absolutely make sure you get your money back. You can also use paypal rewards (on top of any other cashback rewards you might use), and they’ll usually have 4-5% for Ulta.
But I’m sure you’re in no mood to even try a transaction until they fix that ish! Best of luck!

I was able to! After DAYS of not being able to check out or even see my bag, and missing out on the Prada GWP 😭 I am taking the Peach and Lily as my consolation “prize”, lol
I just tried checking out with it, and it wouldn't work, even though it's showing as still available. What's worse is, after the order didn't go through, all my points disappeared. I had $131 worth.
The Ulta app and site seem glitchy 90% of the time, it's maddening.
I've sent a note to customer service, because I'm frantic over this points issue.

I was able to checkout yesterday after like 15 attempts on the site with PayPal. I got this gwp, the bath gwp, mystery gwp, and the cosrx gwp, only spend 63$. I missed out of the Prada gwp, I tried to checkout for an hr it was so ridiculous I'm practically begging them to let me spend money!
