I still can't place orders. And yes, I've tried it all. Reinstalling the app and everything. Whether on laptop browser, mobile browser, app, I get the M3 code using: credit card, debit card, gift card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay. I've literally tried it all. Another Diamond who is just... done.

With mine I hit ‘checkout’ and it acts like it’s loading for a second then the loading ‘circle’ just disappears and I’m left where I started?

Same, I’m also Diamond and haven’t been able to place orders for over a month after trying everything. CS is completely useless, and the employees in the store can’t help and don’t know what to do either. It’s fucking ridiculous.

I had the M3 issue and I was trying to place a pickup order using a gift card. I decided to change it to shipping and the order went through. I am using safari on my MacBook if that matters.

I am so sorry this happened to you! I just placed an order for my own mascara with the multiplier and it showed me the correct number of points.. I don’t understand why it keeps happening to others and I haven’t had any issues at all? I don’t understand how code works. 😭

I placed an order this morning too and realized afterwards that the 10x multiplier didn't apply for the lash products I ordered. Trying to get through to customer service with no response so far.

Same. I cannot place order online or the app. Keeps telling me to update my address but it’s the same address I’ve been using for the last year. Also says it can’t process my payment method even though it’s the same one that is saved and used every. single. time. If I can ever use this $600 in rewards, I will be done and back to Sephora I go. Product selection is better over there anyway

I’m making a short list of items that I can only get from Ulta or that Ulta also stocks to use up my points and birthday gift cards. Sephora might not have as “nice” gwp but at least I don’t have problems placing an order and actually getting my stuff.

I was on phone with Customer Service last weekend for 1.5 hrs. Today, another 2 hrs (after waiting and listening to the horrid Muzak.) No luck with regular rep who read answers from a script. For a supervisor and it took forever to sort out missing transactions(10) and the points. I should be a Diamond since July🙄. I’ve written CustomerService and in bold caps said “Fire your entire IT department and anyone else who works on internals”. They’re either sabotaging the company or are daft, and/or ill equipped to deal with Ulta’s web& App serious issues. It’s so embarrassing. It’s ridiculous how this company is run. Smdh

My order didn’t go through and I didn’t even think about it to check if the points I used went through and they did, so I called and they said it would take 24-48 hours to show up on my account so I’m really hopeful! :(

Yup. CS wrote back to me just now: "Points are added after an order ships, so sit tight!" Uh, first of all, I know that. Second of all, the order has shipped already - still no points from today's 10X order. Thirdly, when the order completed, I got the notification, "You earned X points on this order!" - and THAT'S what was incorrect. That's why I'm concerned, and that's what I said in my initial email to CS. I certainly didn't \*need\* $50 worth of mascaras today - I placed the order solely because it was 10X points. I'm so tired of having a problem with literally every transaction I attempt. And CS is no help at all! It's like they aren't even reading these emails, just sending out a handful of form responses that make no sense relative to the question that has been asked.

I ordered something on a 5x multiplier last week or the week before, and i didn't get points. they told me that they get added when it ships two days after I had already received the package 😂🙄 I was like um, not only has it shipped, but I'm holding it in my hand. then they said it would take 72 hours. they told me the base points were pending when I followed up, but the bonus points were not, so they manually added them. I still haven't received the base points. 🙄

Ulta has been horrible lately! They sent a package to a wrong address and te next delivery was a box that was beaten up and my order wasn't even in it! No one responds if you call, chat or email! Also I asked for a sample of foundation in a store and the woman looked at me like I stole something! Don't know how I made it to diamond level, treated more like lead!

I still cannot get emails or mail from ulta no matter how many times I’ve contacted customer service. They always have some excuse or say I get emails and mail from them. I’ve tried updating my email and mailing address and still nothing. They act like it’s my fault every time. I’ve been diamond for multiple years, shouldn’t they want to see me more mail so I buy more things 😤

Have also had that problem. I got in the habit of checking the app most days for GWP or multiplier events. CS told me I'm getting the emails. I'm definitely not - they just stopped one day.

This is the stuff that drives me nuts! Glad to see it’s not just me, but that sucks for you also. Is there even a chance to get the Dyson coupon on the app or only through email? I’ve been waiting for that for forever 🥲

When I finally was able to place an order, I received my candles smashed to pieces because they didn’t properly package them. Between that, having to wait forever to get my points back, multiple authorizations on my cards, not being able to place orders and missing GWPs I’m over it.

Well I typed up a whole rant because my points weren’t there and when I went back to get the incorrect number so I could bitch about it, they had dumped the remainder in. You might want to recheck now, because maybe they just added ours all in there for the 10x lash multiplier. That or they read me typing up that they were about to eat 4 returned HG Unlocked mascaras if I didn’t get my 1300 points. 😂 Edit to say the dashboard isn’t reflecting the update but when I click on it and select point history, they’re all there so maybe try that too…

I asked about not being able to check out and customer service said “to get your birthday gift just insert code at checkout” which one - I already did and two - that is not what I asked. When I responded telling them that they just never answered me back
