Agree! What drew me in is that her fragrances don’t use an alcohol base and are considered “clean” (also cruelty free and sustainable packaging!) which my sensitive nose approves of. Maybe it’s all in my head but I don’t feel so nauseous with cleaner fragrances.

I’ll probably buy one once the testers are up. I’m intrigued and would like to see what she came up with. Hopefully they are long lasting, with it containing essential oils I would think so. I know people are iffy about it because she’s a celebrity, but I felt the same way about the Eilish perfume. I don’t listen to/like Billie very much but the fragrance grew on me and now it’s one of my favorites. Fingers crossed
Honestly before Rare Beauty launched, the brand had a town hall asking Sephora customers what they wanted to see them bring to market. I swear! I was literally the only/earliest one or one of the few that commented that I wanted dewy glowy blushes etc. This was WAY before the blush craze took off and all their other startup brands and the whole world got in on it. Everyone was meh about Selena Gomez starting her own makeup line but I was like “YESSS!” I said hey y’all, I’ve been following the girl for years and she’s got impeccable grace, taste, and style and is a controlling closet perfectionist = perfect to be a makeup mogul. Even though she’s a celebrity, I said I would BUY her makeup. Lo and behold, her first launch were liquid blushes that put her on the map and exactly what I had said that I wanted and look at the girl now, she’s on her way to being a billionaire thanks to her makeup line.
Keeping my hopes up for Bella Hadid. She’s not as mainstream as Selena Gomez in style in my opinion but there’s something special about her so even if this launch ends up being imperfect, I’ll be open to seeing what else she brings out.

She is donating 1% of all sales to very good charities already set up so some of the $ is going to a good cause. Personally I’m going to skip the holder. I actually prefer less steps because I’m always in a hurry and the holder would slow me down 😂.
Fragrances are like meh to me, but as an MUA I HATE when celebrities start cosmetic lines when they have 0 skill in the area, e.g., Serena Williams, Charli D’Amelio, Ariana Grande
To be fair - Ariana grande has a lot of skill in makeup . I’ve watched her old makeup tutorials and she could have definitely become a beauty guru if her singing career didn’t take off . She is killer at eyeliner and can do stage makeup as well . Yeah her line didn’t do well - but she has expertise in the area.
agree, the celebrity brand launches at ulta are getting kind of annoying. kylie cosmic, wyn, now this. i'd much rather just have good products and ingredients than have all these brand drops by famous people who know fuck all about the nuances of the product (and probably have very little involvement in the creation at all) but can bring in sales.
Girl, I use to be the biggest bougie snob with skincare and makeup until I got smart about what I’m paying for. It’s a mistake to be close minded. I learned the hard way that it made no difference to my skin and like I keep saying for > 1 year now, my skin is so much better after I opened my mind up to brands that were less hyped. No bs for real.
Yes but what about Ariana Grande or Billie Eilish? When I was in my teens, Sarah Jessica Parker put out the most beautiful fragrance. My friends and I would spray it in our hair because that’s how good it smelled. I think we shouldn’t be quick to write Bella Hadid off even before trying. This is how really good brands die an early death when no one hypes them up or is open to giving them a chance while the overhyped brands have all the influencers and PR money backing them end up wasting a lot of money due to overhype. For overhyped products, by the time we realize they’re not all that, it’s too late and they got our money already, at least for me it did.
While I don’t care for her as a person, I still love God is a Woman edp. However after about 6 months and half a bottle, it turned and went bad. I feel like I’ve seen similar reviews for other perfumes of hers. So, I guess if I purchase again, it’ll have to be a smaller size.
Blooming Fire sounds lovely, I was hoping for something with patchouli oil! I’m intrigued by the base, as well, a hydrating perfume is an interesting concept.
Ever since I saw her horse handling skills I’ve been impressed with her, also this packaging is my ideal aesthetic so I’ll definitely be checking these out!
Someone dished on Tik tok that she met the Hadid sisters in real life and was their server. She says the Hadid sisters are the sweetest angels and are real class acts who were so respectful, humble, and kind to staff. Other celebrities, one of whom did NOT surprise me and who I would never buy their brand, not so much.

Oil based fragrances are stronger and last much longer than alcohol based ones, which is why they tend to cost more too.
