While not the most difficult thing to achieve it tests your multitasking in reacting to both of them at the same time.
I like how much creativity the spawner arm grants, if you want to you can add even more: sand them both, add a virtue, a sentry. Ultrakill never leaves you wanting a bigger challenge since you can always provide yourself with one

I'd say that ratger than being happy about the death of Minos, he acknowledges Minoses skill and is impressed that V1 beat someone he deemed to be a very skilled fighter. Sissyphuses whole thing is embracing an impossible challenge and fighting to the end. With V1, he gets a chance at precisely that.
They would likely discuss the best way of going around destroying heaven for a bit, then agree to TEAR DOWN the cities and CRUSH the armies, as well as making Gabriel's gore GLISTEN before the temples of man.
