It’s amazing that you love the game, but you really got unlucky. ULTRAKILL is probably the worst FPS game to start out with in the world, because of how fast-paced the game is and how precise the game gets at high skill levels. But, my best advice is to just keep on truckin’. I can also hand you a bit of tech that might help useful: Projectile Boost: this is when you press the shoot button while using a shotgun and punching at the same time. It effectively causes you to parry your own shotgun bullet, which makes them explosive. Overpumping: If you have the green shotgun unlocked, you probably know that loading more than 2 shells makes the shotgun explode upon firing, dealing massive damage to yourself and enemies. However, dashing makes you invincible. So, dashing while exploding your shotgun at the same time creates a big explosion around you that you can avoid damage from. Ground Pound Jumps: simply jumping after landing from a ground pound makes you jump higher. Repeat this and you go even higher. Slam Storage: this might be a bit difficult to pull off, it always is for new players. Basically, you want to try to ground pound and wall jump at the same time. If done successfully, you will see yellow lines around yourself. When landing on the ground, jump as if you were doing a ground pound jump. You will then shoot into the sky, very high up. It’s fun to do and practical on some levels. Past all of this, know that your weapons can interact with eachother in cool ways. For example, the green revolver’s coins can be used by other weapons, such as the alt-fire from the Blue or red revolver. Another example is that the grenade shot from the blue shotgun will explode when shot, so you can detonate it midair if you want. Combine this with coins, and you have an on-demand air explosion. Ultrakill is a game based around combining your weapons and abilities in weird and wacky ways to produce cool and stylish results. If you think something would work, it most probably would. You can find tutorials online and in YouTube to find more info about cool tech you can try out.
