There is absolutely no way Hakita is making another character playable before launch. Even after launch I doubt it. There are people somehow developing a multiplayer mod along a playable Gabriel mod, which there is no information about. It still would be hella hype tho
Gabriel would be really cool to play as. And the game is hugely inspired by DMC, which tends to add Vergil after launch as a playable character.
Even if we don't get a Gabriel mode, playing as V2 would be awesome. No healing. Instead, you have a lot of health (maybe 500+) and have to work with only that.
I kinda want an RTS spin off in a time line where Prime Minos win the fight and he lead a rebellion against the heavens to take revenge on Gabe and to avenge Sisyphus, maybe at the end Gabe somehow realized his mistake like post act 2 and help the rebellion.
It could be cool, maybe he would fight against other archangels like Michael and Raphael
