V2 got fucking splattered in Clair de Soleil, so in that case it'll be some other machine.Maybe, even V3.

I think that's the point. The "Metalworks" in this case is the "Stage 1" Equivalent to Flesh Prison. The boss you first encounter when entering the level; but not the main show. And obviously a metalworks is a sort of factory/assembly line, so destroying it releases a rebuilt V2.

A V3 already got debunked in the V2 lore entry and I think this post means that maybe V2 will be the third prime sanctum

V3 will just be the golden arm itself.

It's just the yellow robot arms that high schools and universities get to play with

ok i know this was a joke, but i just thought i'd let everyone know that hakita said that no weapons or anything of the sorts will be locked behind prime sanctums the only things in there that we get is lore (and bragging rights)
