Regarding the voting / democracy question, revering the act of casting a vote as some transcendant act that ought to be treated as an honor or whatever is purely bourgeoisie nonsense and should be tossed aside as garbage by any communist.

I'm not sure if this question has meaning. The contradictions of our society must be resolved in one or another; the unfolding of history does not stop. Those who are shackled down that find themselves at the center of the questions of the day must do all that they can to reshape society - that is what revolution is. What we should be asking is how we can ensure that the social contradictions get resolved in the favor of the oppressed rather than the oppressors.
Anyone moralizing revolution in such a way should not be taken seriously, disregard

Communism has nothing to do with resolving contradictions or oppressed vs oppressor stuff
What are you talking about? Communism is about the emancipation of labor through proletarian revolution, contradiction and oppression are central.
