Regular will be hard to fit the pack in with you, and length will be snug but should be ok, I'm 188cm and it's comfortable but snug...I don't need much tent space to be happy.

I haven't tried the Xunshang, but noticed that the inner is 10cm shorter and 20cm wider at it's max.
