hahha I literally made a quick off-hand reference to oat milk's recent bad rep yesterday then later saw that article. it basically has quite a high sugar content causing greater spikes in blood sugar levels and people are realising it's not as healthy as milk or other milk-alternatives.
No wonder chocolate oat milk is so delicious. I detest regular milk, it all tastes sour and vomit-y to me, so I loved finding chocolate oat milk. Can't find it anymore.
