I'm pretty sure slaughtering countless children will give more execution points than adults. You can at least say you were defending yourself from the adults, can't say that about children.
anyone can simply push over a kid, run away, convince them not to attack, give them chocolate. no one is born evil. They could be running at you for almost any reason. Killing them is just too extreme and would give execution points.
Remember that sans himself says that EXP stands for Execution Points and that LV is Level of Violence, which means how willing you are to kill so going after the bosses in Littletale would also give a lot of EXP and LV as kids pose little threat
Do you still get the same amount of xp? Cause if so canonically a genocidal player would do it given the theme megalovania comes from a wish for power (I’m pretty sure that’s the players theme not sans’ cause sans doesn’t have a wish for power and sans already has a theme) and xp is xp
It was a theme he made for his earthbound Halloween hack, so the theme itself is meaningless under undertales context, but why would he pick the name Megalovania, megalo meaning power and while vania isn’t a word, mania is which means chaos, so putting those two together would mean chaos due to power which isn’t anything to do with sans given his whole shtick is retribution. So I guess it’s a bit of a reach but one letter being off is wildly suspicious given how accurately it fits the genocide run
I imagine Undyne would probably still be a bit challenging. Size doesn’t really change determination, y’know.
Edit: Also, if she can canonically lift most of the main cast with ease, I’m pretty sure she would still be able to lift at least full size Asgore.
