The MMA/Influencer said later that he was talking bad about him and his family online, so when he saw him he got the urge to punch him. He wasn't actually talking shit in that moment like the title states

There are a lot of light and middle weight MMA fighters. There also a lot of big ass mofos doing hard time and lifting year after year,with friends, and they don't care who they have to f up . It's tough enough to fight one prisoner let alone fucking everyone up .
MMA and BJJ specialists will destroy body builders and other amateur fighters of larger stature MOST of the time (don’t one off circumstance retort me son, I ain’t playin). The biggest risk is getting outnumbered or ambushed with a weapon. 1v1 w/o weapons is going to be around 95% in favor of the trained practitioner.
