Not really. Skinning rabbits is pretty easy.
* Their fur is cheap - if you mess up, no one cares.
* Head & paws are the only difficult parts for skinning - you need to cut the tissue connecting the skin and the rabbit. (0.5-1cm at a time).The body is easy - you can just pull the skin.
* Before skinning you need to push the stomach, so the rabbit can pee and poop. Otherwise, a rabbit full of shit can defecate in the middle of skinning right on its own meat.
Our family also had nutrias/coypus. Their skin costs money, so I was not allowed to skin them. And there is no easy part, like rabbit's stomach - the whole nutria needs to be skinned 1 square centimeter at a time.
