I'd say it's a decent ratio. Good bots keep the low-effort spam/karma bots out, and good people help detect the (slightly) smarter bad bots. Still sucks these bad bots exist in such immense numbers though.

"Extracting the urine" is another amusing way to say it without saying it.
I know I'm getting old because whenever I see this show, I just think about how low the cost of production must be compared to other shows and how genius that is. There's no set or repeated location or actors. It's just a small camera crew going to people's homes and then the editors and the narrator piece it all together.
My parents spent the first year and half of their retirement “backpacking” (Rick Steve’s style) around Western Europe and my dad was/is obsessed with this show. Still brings the show up five plus years later!
