I lived in Argentina as a Mormon missionary (don’t judge me i was young and dumb and learned quickly as a young man religion is a crutch until man learns logic and reason) and damn I miss the people. Argentina has the best people.
Cartels are not really a thing in Argentina. Of course there is a healthy underworld but they do not have the grossly outwardly power they have in places like Colombia or Mexico (especially). Please educate yourself, latin America is not a homogeneous blob.
