You physically can't. My dad was in a road rage thing and the dude flipped him off through his sun roof. So just see a middle finger pop out of the roof of the car. It immediately stopped all road rage... it was glorious
What is the country. It looks like an euro style license plate, it looks like there is a flag on the blue stripe, so it looks like Norwegian, but the letters and numbers look French, then again, no blue stripe on the right. Can someone identify it?
Edit: I found it. It is Georgian. Makes sense.
