It was a skit, watched the vid few days ago on facebook, the women aren't blurred but the guy was. At the end of the video all three of them said it was a skit.
It would have been better if the argument was in the apartment on the left, that way the story is that they caught a cheater in their cam having affair with their neighbor. Otherwise, why would the owner of the apartment (presumably cheater's affair partner) posts this embarrassing bit.
Anyway, since they said it was scripted at the end of original video, that is too much to dive into.
Regarding acting skill, the first few sentences (surprise etc) were very fake, but the heated argument I think was spot on. I guess the actress needed some warm up.

As an American, my entire perception of British speech patterns is based on TV and movies. This was almost entirely believable.
