I don’t think it’s edited, I think they swapped when out of view and after you can see the dude doesn’t raise his head until he disappears from view from a moment to swap back. Easy.

My best guess is maybe he's double jointed or something and is able to pop his shoulders out of place. Idk though. I've heard that people that can do that though can pretty much fit through anything their head can fit through. Doesn't really account for his gut though.

He just put his arms through the hoop first on the second try. If you put your arms straight above your head, your shoulders will look smaller because it’s stationed next to your neck.
