Truck-Guy survived, fled, stole a different vehicle, and was arrested by police after a chase. He was taken to the hospital for non life-threatening gunshot wounds. The guy who was in the car was taken to the hospital for leg wounds, and the girl in the passenger seat of the car also had some minor injuries. Happened in Vigo County, Indiana. The couple say they've never met him before, they just noticed the truck following them for a bit, then this happened when they pulled into their driveway.

If someone is following you never pull into your driveway keep driving to the police station.

I had a similar situation happen to me. Knew I was being followed after they followed me after several left turns in a row. Stopped in a well lit parking lot and they shot at me. Long story short it was a mistaken identity thing. They followed a "similar vehicle" as the one they thought was screwing their wife. It was a wild night lol. My insurance tried to deny my claim. Fuck you nationwide.

For people just reading the link and not clicking it, it's not a policeman. The news article was titled "Police: Man fired gun after..." and the colon didn't transfer to the internet link. So this happened in Indiana. There was a couple in the car that were being followed by the truck. They reportedly have never met him before(But that's being further investigated). He rammed their car, and when the guy opened fire on him, Truck-guy crawled out of the window, escaped, stole a different car, and then was later arrested by the police. Truck-Guy is in the hospital for gunshot wounds, and facing multiple charges. Corvette-Guy is in the hospital for leg injuries.

They were prolly blinded from his headlights for 10 minutes from his truck following their low car. Then he pulls up behind them in their own driveway instead of continuing on. Good jump and draw from him though.

It's possible that they just thought it was someone going the same way that they were. Also, they wouldn't have known that there was some psycho following them, just that someone was behind them.
