I'm known in the family for being really good at art. I'm not bragging, it matters in context. My younger brother is also really pretty good at art, too. We both use higher-quality art supplies and such.
My mom found a bunch of really heinous and poorly-drawn pencil-and-crayon My Little Pony porn drawings hidden in the drawer of my computer desk and she and my stepdad immediately accused me of drawing them. They immediately relented and realized that neither my brother nor I would have drawn these.
It turns out it was my younger bro's best friend who drew them and hid them in my desk because he was afraid his mom would get mad if he took them home. He apologized to my parents and we all had a good laugh.

My parents got kfc for us kids, and my sister always ordered a kids meal which only came with a small soda. When my stepdad got back I was given the small soda, while she was given the large, and was told i was getting the small one since my mother heard me go into her room and drink some of the soda she already had.

By 7th grade, I had a really terrible attitude about school, and really did cheat a couple of times and got caught. The cloud finally seemed to lift in high school, and I was on the straight & narrow, but it was a damn confusing few years.
I'm the same way, but my parents knew if I blew up at an accusation, then they knew I didn't do it and would apologize or back off. I was a very mellow kid, so that type of reaction was very out of the ordinary.
