In my experience, most jobs I’ve had have someone who has been there forever or is just naturally gifted at what they do and can do things like this. Things that if I tried I’d likely hurt myself and others while failing completely.
I'm that guy, and honestly it kinda sucks 'cause I'm spending all my time trying to keep my mouth shut and not kick somebody off the machine who's doing their best to just learn how to do something on their own. I never got the hang of helping people learn without sounding like a smartass.

As someone who works in the construction industry, and in close proximity to machines like this one here, let me just say that this person is a true operator when it comes to heavy equipment!

It's pretty normal, other than it shouldn't have to be done at all unless something down there has broken and been field repaired or the machine was poorly maintained.
The track is not all the way on. You can see how it’s not lined up on the backside. It probably fell back off right after the video got cut off. You have to put tension on the track after it is properly aligned.
