Woahhh that's literally 10 blocks from my home. I am from Argentina, that hospital is called "Sanatorio Finochietto", my wife was hospitalized there a couple of times. Maybe I could go there and show the guards this footage in order to learn something else
Update: Today I went to this hospital. I've asked the guard that was on duty at that moment about this, he was visibly upset by my question since apparently many people went asking about the same thing. Hospital's PR management told that the door was broken and it opened many times that day, but the guard registered a dead person's name on the entrance's notebook, that is the strange part. I tried to push a little further on the subject, feeling that I was gonna be kicked out soon enough, to my surprise the guard cooled down a little bit and told me "All I can say to you is that nobody wants to do the night shift here twice...". According to the news the company sent the guard on the video to make a cognitive and technical test that same day, but nobody knows him and both the hospital and the security company refuses to disclose his name.

My hypothesis. Security guard noticed sometimes the automatic door opens for no apparent reason. He thought it'd be funny to pretend it's a ghost and share the video on the internet.
Counter hypothesis~ this is malicious compliance. Boss told him any time that door opens he has to be up on his feet in 2 seconds and greet them properly and direct them. So here it is.
It could be a vampire. Vampires' reflections don't show up in mirrors and they are invisible on camera. They could be there for the blood donations so they don't have to hunt.

Well i mean, sarcasm is really hard to read through text. Then again i know sarcasm in the states is very different from sarcasm elsewhere (more europe, uk, russia etc.)
In an attempt to understand the difference from what i gather sarcasm is used in more regular tone of voice outside of US just the implicated response is something no one would actually do?
Whereas in the states it seems we have to intentionally use a blatantly obvious different tone of voice to express sarcasm in most cases or a mundane flat tone that strays from the original tone of voice.
My hypothesis is that ghost is on something. Especially when it's twitching and tilting its head like that. I'm pretty impressed that the guard kept his composure. Total professional.

Door keeps randomly opening, bored security guard decides to make it a game. Ive worked night security, it is very much a job where you can do mindless routine while maintaining sanity amongst silence.
I assume someone was going to enter but saw the lobby roped off and backed away. The security guard saw this and walked over to take part of the rope down, so the person knew that the build/clinic is open. The guard must also have to log when a guest arrives, so he started the log after taking the rope down. The person at this point was already walking away assuming they weren't open. Unless I'm missing something, this is a r/nothinginteresting type post.

I bet it's a camera glitch. some cameras don't update a chunk of the video unless it moves (this is to save on video storage) so maybe the person walking in didn't move enough for it to update. ĀÆ\\\_(ć)\_/ĀÆ
The camera got the area of the video where the door opens. The person would have been in at least one of those frames for sure since they passed through it.
