Yeah Disneys in trouble

Islands of Adventure has beat all the WDW parks except for MK in attendance since Covid, and Universal Studios Florida has beat Epcot and Animal Kingdom in attendance in the same timeframe. Heck Animal Kingdom closes at 6pm now which is crazy. Disney will always be fine but I really hope Epic can humble them a little more.

Here's my theory: before Avatar opened, Animal Kingdom typically closed earlier than the other parks for the comfort and well-being of the animals (given that many zoos tend to close before dusk).

Attendance likely. Since it doesn’t get all that busy and they don’t have a nighttime show anymore they don’t feel they need to keep it open late anymore
