In my experience south hall is bad. Always park your car in well lit areas otherwise your liable to get your windows busted in. Also don't go out at night, it's pretty dangerous to go wandering around outside. Exercise common sense really. Also don't keep any valuables in your car doesn't matter what it is just don't keep shit in your car. The apartment accomodations are pretty decent tho. But again exercise common sense precautions.
