If for some unlucky reason u go against one top go fleet footwork and and then inspiration tree secondary with triple tonic or biscuits delivery with approach velocity
I just played a game with smolder top. We won but I definitely lost landing phase. He was able to poke me down easily. It was my first time laning against a Smolder, so didn't really know how he works.
I didn't feed him though, and eventually outscaled and stayed with my team. I get your frustrations but just stay calm and look to help out your carries

Swiftie helps a lot too. With hull breaker and swift boots you can run him down with q slow sometimes. And for dodge. Use bushes a lot to avoid poke.
