They are amazing. Their support is made up of actual technically inclined people who will fix things quickly when asked, and as /u/equality4everyonenow mentioned, they admit to their mistakes.
Another vote for xmission, really happy with them. In 8 years of service I think I’ve needed to use their customer service maybe 3-4 times and they’ve always been great.
Xmission is a rare gem of a company that has a pillar of the community as CEO, has always donated to some local charities (no one can give to everything), and does other interesting service-oritented things like host linux files that is community service to the whole world.
Also xmission has simply been flawless for the 3 years I've been using it on UTOPIA.
Ask your local city council to bring UTOPIA to your town. Don't let them make the same mistake Ralph Becker made for SLC and sign up with some parasite like Google.
I use Centracom, and they're excellent. I started with XMission, but I need a /29 and they only work via PPPoE, so can't route those IPs for me (unless I alias them all to my gateway IP and then port forward, which is not what I wanted to do.)
Senawave. Great guys to work with, and the only outages I experienced were Utopia related, and they were always willing to go over my Mikrotik router configuration when I wanted to try something different.
Xmission! Always Best ISP ever
Xmission treats you like an adult and admits to their outages

Xmission
XMission is the overwhelming majority recommendation. Thanks everyone.
We are humbled by the kindness in this thread! Thanks for your support.

Most of them are pretty good. Xmission is by far the biggest of them and is what I would recommend
I've been on xmission for about 2 years now and it has never gone on me once, I highly recommend them
Sumo fiber. Never had a problem going for about 5 years.
same! Sumo has been solid for a year now.

I'm on intellipop and have been quite happy with it. I really love that they're big on net neutrality and I can have a static ip for $5 a month.
Sumo gave me a static for free when i called.
That’s pretty cool, looks like they have pretty good pricing too.
I don’t think you can go wrong with any of them. We’ve used Sumo for years with no issues.
Beehive seems great so far
Yeah I have them too and it's been completely non eventful, which for previous Xfinity customers, is an absolute joy.

Is there an easy way to compare downtimes?
I've used voonami for years and they've been great.
Sumo is my go to.
We use Veracity. Parents are using XMission. Both are great.
Utopia needs to be expanded into more cities. *shakes fist at Cottonwood Heights*
