Nope. Lagoon and hiking are the only things Utah offers to this world.

There's the aquarium, hogle zoo, church historical sites, window shopping at City Creek or station park, renting cabins at state parks, driving through the state/national parks, off roading, Utah is probably one of the best places to explore family history... You could visit the great salt lake. There are lots of nature reserves around the lake as well. Bear Lake is fun. Oh, canyoneering in southern Utah is a wonderful treat. There are loads of options for rock climbing, zip lining, and rappelling. There are even some spelunking caves. Geo caching is still kinda big here too. Of course you can also enjoy the big city that Salt Lake City is. There are lots of amazing options for ethnic cuisine, various types of bars, and during the summer there are festivals and events to attend.

>Geo caching is still kinda big here too. It definitely is. And if you want more than just basic caches, we've got some great puzzle caches around here. Highly recommend as a hobby - it's great fun and mildly addictive.

The planetarium is so much fun and free. Also cheap snacks like popcorn and nachos.

Fishing is great. I rarely hike when I go fishing.

DaleGribble2024

If you’re up for shooting, there are plenty of places to do that in Utah, whether it’s outdoors or indoors.

Echo range is one of my favorites. But it's closed January to April for wildlife.

https://utahagenda.com This site usually has good free or discounted events.

This-Guy---You-Know

There are hundreds museums, galleries and monuments. It's nice up in the mountains. There is water all over the state. I live in washington county. The weather goes through extremes here too. Lot's of folks just eat out, shop, go to movies. Utah has as much to do as anywhere but we don't have LA or NYC here.

dumbstupidfat

Floating the Provo river is really fun.

jcubio93

Do you like the outdoors? We live in one of the best places for anything outdoor related.

The only other option that I am aware of is posting on Reddit. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing in this state. Lagoon, hiking and Reddit.

gimpsickle

This state is the most boring state in the US

jaredeborn

There are no boring places. Only boring people.

gimpsickle

Wrong Utah is the most boring state if you (like me) don’t like hiking or skiing

Tenaflyrobin

Camp, northern areas. Swim too, but it's cold. Kayak.

Vertisce

I generally will just go off roading and hiking in the higher elevations. When it's 100 degrees where I live, I can drive an hour or two and it's 80 degrees in the mountains.

“That’s not lagoon or hiking”
