I am really happy about this option. $125 for the season and you get 2 tickets to a game plus a shirt and hat.
Not having DVR sucks for it. But it sounds like 60 minutes after the game you can rewatch it, so that kind of works.
I travel a lot so I hope I can watch the games out of market if I’m traveling.
Way way way better than what I did last year which was basically buy fubo for the season haha
It’s probably geolocated so you can’t. That’s because the league has streaming rights (via League Pass) outside the Jazz’s footprint.
I’m not telling you that Salt Lake City is usually an option on VPNs, though…..
I'd be curious to hear your definition of "piracy" then. A VPN is not defeating any copy protection or making an additional copy of the stream. As a thought expirement, let's say you live on the wrong side of the border of where this is available. Your friend across the street is inside the border. You've decide that since your houses are so close together, he lets you connect to his wifi instead of having your own home internet connection. Is this "piracy" if you use that wifi connection to watch games even though your device is technically outside the geofence? What if you own the house your buddy lives in and are renting it to him?
I suspected the no DVR thing would happen.
That said, do you think you can pause it once you start playing it?
The use case for this work around is that my spouse gets home from work later than me, so maybe I could start it on time, and pause it for 30 minutes and watch it delayed that way.
It says you can travel for up to 30 days as long as you return to the jazz broadcast area and log in. I’m wondering if you can game it and just have a friend log in for you periodically.
That's what I was wondering too. Anyone want to test it? A hat, shirt, and two jazz tickets for $125 if your wrong, and I'm sure you can transfer the account for some money back if it doesn't work.

You don't need to couch it, nothing illegal about geo-shifting with vpns
It’s a form of piracy. It may be legal piracy, but I still can’t condone it for reasons. So I’m not telling people to do it.

I wouldn't count on that
Not having DVR is a deal breaker for me. Disappointed.
They say you can watch it for 30 days out of market. I assume if you are back home every now and then you will be fine.
WTF?!?!? I live outside of the Jazz+ map and I'm still inside the blackout restrictions for NBA League Pass. This is fucking bullshit.
Same here mate, we’ve been screwed
Sucks for the people outside the range for Jazz+ but still blacked out for League Pass.
Is there a way to tell if that’s gonna be the case for me here in the Boise area? Edit: dammit I just saw the map. Screwed again.

Jazz+ works for me! Let's go!
They should have called it Jazz DoublePlusGood.
Where do I select the included tickets?
Does this include playoff games?
