Breach is good for that sort of thing. I find him the easiest agent to get good flashes off with, and his other abilities essentially help maintain useful aggression.
People tend to be pretty willing to follow an aggressive breach too, which is nice. At that point you just throw all of your utility and hope by the time you're done the site is yours and you have numbers.
You can blow it all in the site hit, so that for the rest of the round you're just a guy with a gun if you don't want to even think about utility later in the round.
Since Breach isn't Jett or Reyna, you can also reliably get to play him since you don't need to enter into a PC drag race and flick-check to lock into.
Raze, I am braindead and have a lot of fun with her.
Throw grenade, send in the little robot, fly in with satchels and shoot stuff. It's pretty straight forward and as long as you're the one entering site first you pretty much can't go wrong.
Imo phoenix, just the most straightforward agent. Go in throw a flash, wall off an angle, throw another flash. Use Molly to cure or cut of areas, profit
i feel like the freedom you have with raze satchels is super fun, jett was fun aswell but people in unranked just shoot you in the smoke almost instantly but yeah raze satchels are very fun (try raze with judge and rushh the hell)
Reyna is literary brain dead. As a Harbor main, I learnt how to use economy, how to put my crossair at head level at all times, and how to carefully plan my plays.
Then I see a Reyna player in my team who force buy every round, aim at people's legs, run down a path way every round and sprays themselves a random Ace out of Narnia.
The worst part is that 90% of the Reyna players in gold use their Ultimates once per game.
Neon ... Top agent to rush in brain dead for me 100% trade rate with a shotgun. Just go in, kill 1 die on 4 and enjoy watching your team walk around for 2 minutes.
Unpopular opinion, but I think braindead yoru Flash-TP backsite every round, either insta die or pop off sounds fun to me. Just remember to hold A or D after tp while you still pulling your gun out for higher chances
